Microsoft Mail Merge - Increase Productivity! (2)

Description

This session expands on the power of mail merge using Microsoft Word to help make your work more efficient and save time. Building upon the previous workshop, more advanced features of mail merge will be explored including global input with FILLIN, prompting for repeated information with ASK, and other logic operators including IF, THEN, ELSE for more complex projects.

Participants will be expected to have either attended the Microsoft Mail Merge (1) and/or be comfortable with the basics of Microsoft mail merge.

For a quick refresher on mail merge, it is recommended that prospective attendees view a previously recorded video posted by GCFLearn (available on YouTube channel.)

PREREQUISITES

All participants must have basic computer skills, a valid email address, and be able to open and access Microsoft Word. Participants should be comfortable with MS Word basic file formatting and files management.. Additional requirements may apply depending on the session.

OTAN Certificates of Attendance are awarded only for workshop sessions to those that are pre-registered and attend at least 75% of the scheduled time.
